RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Custom-Made Items, since all items are custom-made upon ordering we can only offer store credit for full purchase price of item purchased. We will include $4.50 for T-shirts and the like and $5.00 for items such as coffee mugs on your store credit to cover your return shipping cost. Contact our customer support for return info 

Free Returns We offer free returns for items that are damaged, defective, or lost in shipment. Photo proof of damaged or defective goods is required.

Return Process Please contact our customer support team before returning any items. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Exchanges and Refunds We accept both exchanges and refunds for eligible returns. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
